Moira has been active in the lifestyle since she discovered it in a formal way over a decade ago (formerly known as mari) and is in service as a collared sub, a role she is very proud to fulfill. She has an eclectic background having worked professionally as a Systems Analyst & Designer, Project Manager and educator (among other things), and semi-professionally as a director of and performer in theatrical presentations. An ex-pat American living in Canada, Moira is active in local events and activities and has previously contributed to the kink community as a columnist for the Power Exchange magazine, The BRC, and several online e-zines. She is firmly committed to education, particularly of newcomers to the community, and she moderates several groups on Fetlife, also with a focus on support and education for novices. She believes strongly in the mission of the LLC to further develop leadership skills in our community, believing that capable leaders contribute positively to increased fulfillment and safety for all
