The LLC8 local organizing committee has worked hard to guarantee your conference experience is an enjoyable one. To make your travel and lodging arrangements as pleasant as possible, we have arranged first class hotel accommodations and an experienced travel agency to be our designated service providers.

The host hotel for LLC8 is the Hilton New Orleans Airport.

The hotel is located just across the boulevard from the New Orleans International Airport and is only minutes away from all the excitement the Crescent City has to offer, including the world-famous French Quarter.

The hotel boasts an outdoor pool, tennis courts, and a health and fitness club. You can enjoy fine dining at Café La Salle and the popular Second Line Sports Edition Lounge on the premises.

Room Rates

• We have arranged a room rate of $83/night + tax for single or double occupancy. There is a $20 charge for each additional person in the room.

• Rooms will be available at special conference rates for three days before and three days after the convention, should you wish to extend your stay in New Orleans.

  These rooms at these rates can be secured by calling the hotel's main reservation line at (504) 469-5000 and asking for the “LLC8 Rate". A special hotel-based web site created specifically for LLC8 and designed to facilitate booking and getting other hotel information will be available soon. The cutoff date to guarantee conference rates is March 2, 2004, so book early!

The hotel is literally across the street from the Louis Armstrong International airport. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle available or you may elect to take a taxi.
