Program Announcements
One way to share your power is to communicate who you are and what you are doing! Program Announcements are an affordable option to spread the name of your business and group and announce to the nation the events that you sponsor. Starting at $100, you can easily show your support for the conference, announce an event, or highlight your company or products to registered convention attendees.
Program Announcement rates:
Full page: $400
Half page: $250
Quarter page: $150
Eighth page: $100
All supporters of program announcements are invited to attend the Thursday evening Presenter’s Reception.
The Program is sized at roughly 8x10, with exact size guidelines available to contracted businesses. An Eighth page ad will be at least the size of a business card. Our graphic designer has a guide of ad sizes available – just send him an email at llcgraphics@gmail.com
Prepared announcements should come as an electronic file to llcgraphics@gmail.com, but if that option is not available, prepared announcements should be camera ready and reproduce legibly at 300 dpi. Program announcements that do not meet our quality standards will be reset by our graphic design volunteer.
Our LLC XI graphic design volunteer is available to produce your program announcement at no additional charge.
