Join PlaineJane for a discussion on leadership and how we inspire the leaders among us. Leading is never easy but sometimes we need the support of other leaders in order to thrive as a community. PlaineJane will discuss the qualities that are essential to a good leader and how to recognize them in others. Jane will also provide strategies and tips for building bridges and creating cooperation between community leaders and their missions. She'll discuss ideas for supporting leaders' growth while cultivating their inner service abilities. "Making Decisions that Might Not Be Popular"
