One is dedicated to current titleholders wishing to make the greatest impact during their year and beyond. Instructors include Dodger Allen, Blackkat, Michael Egdes, Joe Gallagher, Pandora, Graylin Thornton, and Susan Wright. The three 75-minute sessions will focus on building support, marshalling resources, defining a platform, and public speaking and messaging.

The other is advanced training for seasoned members of the community who possess at least 5-year’s of board experience. Instructors include Larry Iannotti, Jack McGeorge, and Susan Wright. The three 75-minute sessions will focus on advanced media work, weathering public controversy, and maintaining your personal effectiveness.

The pre-conference institutes will be held from Noon to 5:15PM on April 7, and enrollment is limited to 20 persons per institute. Both sessions require approval for enrollment and conference registration for the full weekend. Each institute consists of three 75-minute sessions. Institute attendance adds $25 to the early bird conference rate of $90.
